What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card and PayPal. In the United States we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We accept Visa and MasterCard for customers outside of the United States. We also accept PayPal for credit purchases, but not subscriptions.

Do you accept purchase orders?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept purchase orders at this time. If you are interested in being invoiced for your Credit Package purchase, please email us for details. Please note that we cannot issue an invoice for subscription plans.

Can I pay for my subscription by invoice or wire transfer?
At this time, we do not accept payment via invoice or wire transfer. The plan must be purchased directly on the site using a credit or debit card.

Why do I see a charge for $1?
The $1.00 charge is used by your credit card company or bank in order to verify the validity of the card. Once the card is verified the $1.00 is returned to your account. If you did not receive the $1.00 back yet please contact your credit card company for further information

Why am I seeing a credit card error?
Please double check your billing address and zip code and be sure that your account has sufficient funds. If you’re still getting an error, please email us.

Why does my credit card show a charge even though the charge didn't go through?
Some credit card companies display an attempted charge for a short time and then remove it a few days later. If you think Bigstock has charged your credit card by mistake, please email us.

Is it safe to have my payment information stored?
We store your credit card information using the best industry-standard security measures. You may also remove saved credit cards at any time from the payment methods page.

How do I get a receipt or invoice for my purchase?
You can easily print or email your receipts in your account. Click on "View receipt" and a new window will open with your receipt. Once the receipt window has opened you can enter some additional information in the field and you have the option to print the receipt or send it via email to yourself or someone else. If you require an invoice instead for your company, simply select the invoice option. Enter the information needed into the field that says "Additional Information". These added details will become a permanent part of the document.
